How much does it cost?
Two syringes cost 35 € incl. VAT, four cost 70 €, six cost 105 €, eight cost 140 € and ten cost 175 €. The price stays strictly proportional and no quantity discount is applied.
Can I choose each quantity separately?
Yes. Each quantity is a separate variant with its own price, its own internal reference and a matching photograph.
What is the difference between PF 10 % and PF 16 %?
These percentages indicate the carbamide peroxide concentration. Ask your dentist for advice on the concentration and the routine that suit your situation.
Product and safety
What does the two-syringe variant contain?
Two original 1,2 ml syringes. Whitening trays are not included.
Are the syringes repackaged?
The gel is never opened or decanted. The original syringes are grouped together by the shop according to the quantity ordered.
What results can I expect?
Results and sensitivity vary from person to person. We do not promise any particular shade or timescale.
What precautions should I take?
Read the manufacturer’s labelling and instructions for use in full. Use the product with suitable whitening trays and in accordance with the applicable recommendations. Do not use before the age of 18. If you experience sensitivity or have any doubt, ask your dentist for advice. Do not use a product whose packaging, batch number or date appears to have been tampered with.
Delivery
Where do you deliver and which products are covered?
We deliver every product in the catalogue to the customer’s address, throughout the European Union.
Which carrier do you use and how much does delivery cost?
All orders are sent with tracked delivery. The cost depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout. There is no free delivery, no free-delivery threshold and no minimum order.
How long does delivery take?
The order cut-off is 00:00, Paris time (Europe/Paris). Preparation takes 1 working day, then transit typically takes 2 to 6 working days. The estimated total is 3 to 7 working days. Preparation and transit are counted Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How can I track my parcel?
A dispatch confirmation gives you the carrier’s tracking number.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for both faulty and non-faulty products. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be new, unused, complete and in its original packaging. Your statutory rights in the event of a fault or a lack of conformity still apply.
How do I return an item and what does it cost?
Returns are made by post. Once your request has been accepted, we e-mail you a prepaid label to download and print. An accepted return is free of charge and no restocking fee is applied.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted for eligible products, subject to availability.
When is my refund processed?
Refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt and inspection of the returned parcel.
Where do I find the return address?
The logistics address and the dispatch instructions are given in the returns policy and in our acceptance e-mail.
My parcel is damaged: what should I do?
Keep the parcel and the product, take photographs and contact us before use at contact@monsourireblanc.com.
