Products and information
The main characteristics, the carbamide peroxide concentration, the quantity, the price incl. VAT, the contents, the precautions and the delivery and returns terms are all shown before purchase. Whitening trays are not included unless expressly stated otherwise.
The photographs serve to identify the product and the quantity selected. The manufacturer may make minor changes to the presentation without changing the product itself. Results and sensitivity can vary from person to person; no particular shade or result is promised. The information on this site does not replace the advice of a dentist.
Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Each quantity follows the price shown on its product page and in the basket. The applicable delivery charges are shown before payment: they depend on the destination country, and there is no free delivery.
Orders
Before payment, the customer can check and correct the products, variants, quantities, contact details and delivery information. The order confirmation summarises the products, quantities, prices and delivery. The seller may refuse or cancel an order on legitimate grounds, in particular unavailability, an obvious error, suspected fraud or an inability to deliver, refunding any amounts concerned.
A cancellation may be requested within one hour of the order if it has not yet been processed, prepared or dispatched. Once processing has started, the returns procedure applies.
Payment
The payment methods actually available are shown at checkout. The total amount, including delivery charges, is shown before payment is confirmed. Payment data is processed by the providers shown at checkout in accordance with their own security rules.
Delivery
Delivery is offered in European Union countries with a tracked service; the cost depends on the destination country and is shown at checkout. The cut-off is 00:00 (Europe/Paris), preparation takes 1 working day, transit typically 2 to 6 working days, and the estimated total is 3 to 7 working days, Monday to Friday. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns are accepted for eligible faulty and non-faulty products on request within 14 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the product must be new, unused, complete and in its original packaging. Returns are made by post using a prepaid label to download and print, with no return or restocking fees. Exchanges are accepted subject to availability and refunds are processed within 5 days of receipt and inspection. See the full returns policy.
Responsible use
Use the product at home with suitable whitening trays, in accordance with the labelling, the manufacturer’s instructions for use and the applicable recommendations. Not for use by anyone under 18. If you experience sensitivity or have any doubt, ask your dentist for advice.
Intellectual property and reseller status
The original content of the shop remains protected. Manufacturers’ trade marks and images belong to their respective owners. Opalescence is a trade mark of Ultradent Products, Inc. The seller is an independent reseller and claims no status as an authorised distributor, official partner or representative of the manufacturer without written evidence.
Governing law and complaints
